WARRANTY REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
You bear the responsibility of fully complying with all obligations and requirements specified in the warranty terms, including the proper installation of the product in accordance with the provided installation manual. Failure to do so may result in the Company having no obligations under this warranty and may lead to the refusal of any claim, in whole or in part.
WARRANTY REGISTRATION
To register your purchase and activate your warranty, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Timely Registration:
Complete all registrations of purchases within 30 days of receiving your product through the form below.
Photographic Evidence:
Provide a minimum of (5) photographs displaying the fully installed product. This documentation helps us ensure the integrity of your warranty.

- Quicklock corner base plate connection
- Quicklock C Clamp fitting connection to the container top rail
- Purlin and truss connection
- Cross-bracing – either ring clamp or tensioning wire turnbuckle and wire clamp joins
- Welded base plates – close up of the welding quality, including the base plate angle bracket fitting
- Post sets – footing and base plate, eaves rail connection to the base rail, or welded truss tube sleeve close up
- PVC cover final installation
- Ratchets and bands correctly tensioned
- End Wall (if applicable) complete assembly
- Front Wall (if applicable) complete assembly with door rolled up
EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY
Please be aware that this warranty does not apply to defects or damage resulting from the following:
- Improper use or installation that deviates from the Company’s instructions, including self-installation or non-licensed installation.
- Inadequate maintenance or neglect.
- Unauthorised modification or alteration of the Products.
- Misuse, abuse, or exposure to corrosive elements or incompatible products.
- Wear and tear due to multiple installations and dismantling.
- Incorrect storage or handling.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Exposure to wind speeds exceeding the design rating.
- Damage arising from the failure of support components supplied by others.
- Damage arising from the failure of support components such as posts, walls, existing buildings, and shipping containers.
- Damage arising from foundation or anchorage failure.
- Extraordinary acts of nature, including extreme storm events.
- Damage to items or goods inside or near the Products.
- Incidents such as explosions, sabotage, accidents, embargoes, riots, civil commotions, terrorist activities, war, and acts of war (whether declared or undeclared).
- Vandalism or intentional damage, whether by the Customer or another party.

10-Year Replacement Guarantee: We assure you of a full replacement for any container shelter covers or frames that exhibit faults or are damaged during extreme weather conditions, with wind speeds not exceeding 180km/h.

PORTABLE BATHROOM WARRANTY

3-Year Frame Structure Guarantee: We are committed to your peace of mind. Therefore, we offer a 3-year repair or replacement guarantee on all building frame structures, subject to Quality Domes Direct’s discretion.
1-Year Fittings and Fixtures Guarantee: To further enhance your experience, we provide a 1-year repair or replacement guarantee on all fittings and fixtures, also at Quality Domes Direct’s discretion.

EXCLUSIONS
The warranty does not include:
Removal, disassembly, or disposal of existing components.
Reinstallation or repair of replacement products or any associated costs.
Warranty Cover Reductions:
Quality Domes Direct’s obligation to cover repair or replacement costs reduces by a percentage annually, based on the purchase anniversary.
For structural frames and covers, the cover reduces by 15% annually for the first three (3) years, followed by 10% for the next four (4) years. In the ninth year, the cover is 10%, and in the tenth year, it’s 5%.
For portable bathrooms and buildings, the cover reduces by 20% annually for the first five (5) years.

Replacement items may not always be in stock, and production times may apply.
Any repaired or replaced product is subject to the remaining unexpired warranty period of the original product.
We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages.
