Warranty Registration Requirements.
As the purchaser, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all obligations and requirements detailed in the warranty terms. This includes the correct installation of the product per the provided installation manual. Non-compliance may release the Company from any warranty obligations and could result in the denial of a claim, in whole or in part.
Warranty Registration.
To activate your warranty, please complete the registration process within 30 days of receiving your product on our WARRANTY REGISTRATION page.
Product Warranty
At Quality Domes Direct, we are committed to providing products of exceptional quality and durability. Our warranty offers the following coverage for your peace of mind:
- Domes and Shelters
- 10-Year Structural Guarantee: A 10-year repair or replacement guarantee applies to all dome and shelter structures, at Quality Domes Direct’s discretion. This warranty covers damages caused by weather, up to wind speeds of 180 km/h.
- Livestock Shelters, Car Shelters & General Shelters
- 5-Year Structural Guarantee: A 5-year repair or replacement guarantee applies to all Livestock Shelters, Car Shelters & General Shelters, at Quality Domes Direct’s discretion.
- Portable Bathrooms
- 3-Year Frame Structure Guarantee: A 3-year repair or replacement guarantee applies to all portable bathroom frame structures, subject to Quality Domes Direct’s discretion.
- All Fittings and Fixtures
- 1-Year Fittings and Fixtures Guarantee: We provide a 1-year repair or replacement guarantee for all fittings and fixtures, at Quality Domes Direct’s discretion.
Complimentary Delivery
For all warranty claims, we offer free delivery on warranty-covered products, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from the following:
- Improper use or installation
- Inadequate maintenance or neglect
- Unauthorised modifications or alterations
- Misuse, abuse, or exposure to corrosive elements
- Wear and tear from repeated installations and dismantling
- Improper storage or handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Exposure to wind speeds exceeding the design rating
- Damage from external support failures (e.g., posts, walls, buildings, or containers)
- Foundation or anchorage failures
- Extreme natural events (e.g., severe storms)
- Damages to items near or inside the product
- Incidents such as explosions, sabotage, accidents, embargoes, riots, civil commotions, terrorist activities, war, and acts of war (whether declared or undeclared).
- Vandalism or intentional damage, whether by the Customer or another party.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty does not cover:
- Removal, disassembly, or disposal of components
- Reinstallation or repairs outside of warranty for replacement products or related costs
Warranty Coverage Reduction
Quality Domes Direct’s responsibility for repair or replacement decreases annually based on the product’s purchase date:
Domes and Shelters: Coverage reduces by 15% of purchase price annually for the first three years, then by 10% for the next four years. By year eight it is 5%. Example below;
Livestock Shelters, Car Shelters & General Shelters: Coverage reduces by 20% annually for the first three years. Example below;
Portable Bathrooms: Coverage reduces by 33% annually for the first three years. Example below;
Important Notes
- Replacement items may require production time if out of stock.
- Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
- Quality Domes Direct is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

Competition and Consumer Act.
Quality Domes Direct’s liability under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) is limited to resupplying goods or services, replacing goods, or paying the cost of having goods or services supplied again.
Pricing, Quotes & Invoices.
All quotes and invoices are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Payment terms and conditions are outlined in your invoice.
Special Orders:
Once a special order enters the manufacturing stage, no further changes or cancellations are allowed.
Amendment of Terms:
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Your acceptance of our invoice or quote signifies your agreement with these terms.
Limitation of Liability.
Please read this section carefully, as it outlines our limitation of liability for any loss or damage related to our products and services.
Disclaimer.
Our disclaimer clarifies our position on warranties, errors, and the use of our website and materials.
Privacy.

Third Parties.

Exclusion of Competitors.
If you are a competitor of Quality Domes Direct, you are not permitted to use or access our website or materials for commercial purposes.

Whole Agreement.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Quality Domes Direct.
Exclusion of Unenforceable Terms.
If any term is unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction, it will not affect the enforceability of other clauses in these terms.
Jurisdiction.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland and Australia.
Shipping, Payment, Returns and Refund Policy
Payment Process.
To secure stock allocation, a 10% deposit or a company purchase order is required within 7 days of invoice.
Failure to provide either may result in Quality Domes Direct allocating products to another Purchaser.
Upon receipt of payment or company purchase order, allocation will be made for the next available product.
Please note that funds must be received in our bank, and delays may occur with bank-to-bank transfers.
Quality Dome Direct shall not be held liable for any consequential loss or inconvenience incurred by the customer due to payment delays reaching our bank.
Payment Policy.
The Purchaser agrees to pay all amounts due within the agreed time frame.
The Purchaser agrees that if it fails to pay in accordance with this clause, Quality Domes Direct may:
- Charge a one-off late payment fee of $50.00 on all amounts paid after the due date.
- Charge interest on debts at 15% per annum from time to time.
- Charge a dishonour handling fee in the amount of $25.00.
- Recover all collection and legal costs and expenses incurred in collecting overdue accounts on an indemnity basis.
- Recover any out of pocket expenses for Freight / Couriers incurred.
Quality Domes Direct reserves the right to report a Purchaser’s delinquent account to a credit reporting agency should payment remain outstanding. In addition, Quality Domes Direct may refer the outstanding account for debt collection or issue legal proceedings to recover any outstanding invoices.
Should an account be referred for debt collection the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees to pay debt collection charges to be calculated at not less than 20% plus GST and will be incurred on the day Quality Domes Direct refers the matter to their nominated debt collection agency. The Purchaser shall also be liable for interest and all legal recovery costs associated with such action on a solicitor.
Purchaser Cancellations.
In the event of cancellation after a deposit has been received or receipt or a purchase order, Quality Domes Direct reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee equivalent to 5% of the total invoice value. Once an order has departed from our depot for delivery, forfeiture of the total deposit value shall apply upon cancellation, in addition to the cancellation fee.
In addition, any freight costs that may have been incurred by Quality Domes Direct will also be charged back to the purchaser.
Refunds and Returns Policy.
Requests for product refunds after delivery has been made to the purchaser or their nominated delivery location, are subject to approval or denial at the sole discretion of Quality Domes Direct. In the event of an approved refund:
- The Purchaser bears responsibility for all freight and additional expenses associated with product return to the designated Quality Domes Direct Depot.
- An administration / repacking fee may be applied at our discretion.
- All returns are not deemed accepted until they have been physically received and inspected by the Quality Domes Direct team at our depot.
- Refunds for products which are different from their original condition may be rejected and returned to the customer.
- The Purchaser agrees to cover all expenses associated with the inspection and return of products not meeting the condition upon delivery
Any agreed refunds pertaining to custom order cancellations prior to product delivery shall be processed only upon reallocation of products to another Purchaser by Quality Domes Direct. Refund processing may take up to ten (10) business days post-approval by Quality Domes Direct after all conditions above are met.
Domestic Shipping Policy.
Currently, we do not ship outside Australia.
Shipment processing time.
For retail sales, all items must be paid in full before despatching your order.
For company purchases, all items must be paid in full, or an official company purchase order received prior to despatch.
We always try and process all orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Also please allow additional days in transit for delivery for circumstances beyond our control. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates.
Due to the large variance in weight and size of the items to be shipped, shipping costs will be quoted prior to sale.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
