This Dome Shelter is one of the largest shelters in our range and specifically engineered to cater for industrial applications where a continuous shelter is required. This is a welded base plate model with single roof truss and extra purlins and bracing for additional strength.
This frame can be fitted to General Purpose (GP) and High Cube (HC or HQ) shipping containers and sits on the inside edge of both containers.
With welded base plates on the inside edge of each container, the maximum ground area of 3,100ft (288m2) can be achieved under the roof. Normal shelters of this size are permanent fixtures; however, the extensible and portable design engineering allows this colossal shelter to be assembled within a few days, and if need by, can be disassembled without any reduction of the structural integrity.
For large-scale temporary construction or industrial projects, this 40x80ft shelter is a solid investment because it can be used again at a different location – and with a 10-year warranty on the frame and cover, it’s a sound business decision.
