Owing to the Quicklock design, array of simple yet high strength fastenings, the build-time is shorter, and often cheaper compared to concrete slab and complex steel trussed and tin sheet walls and roof sheds.
Connecting the shelter to shipping containers is handled by our Quicklock ‘no weld’ system, where a simple twist and lock of the base rail plate assembly firmly locks the roof truss base plates into the top hole of the container corner block.
Additional base rails/bearers which house roof truss connecting spigots are connected together to the top edge of the container using a system of high-strength bolts and specially manufactured brackets and C clamps. 4. Arch Installation
Proceed to lift each assembled arch one at a time. This step will require lifting equipment depending on the size and weight of the arches. Positioning each arch onto the previously installed base plates on top of the shipping containers, and secure them down.
5. Cover Installation
Start by unpacking the shelter cover onto a flat surface. Lift the cover onto one container and attach roped to the tension tubes, then methodically pull one side of the cover up and over the arch to the other container. Firmly secure the edges of the cover, applying the correct tension to ensure a snug fit. This step is crucial for weatherproofing and overall stability of the shelter.
